Interbeing

Interbeing

Definition

A Buddhist-inspired term coined by ThΓch NhαΊ₯t HαΊ‘nh to describe the reality that all things are interconnected and co-arising.

Interpretation

You are not alone β€” because you are not separate. Interbeing reminds us that nothing β€” no apple, no raindrop, no breath β€” exists independently. We are all threads in the web.

Living Invitation

Before eating or drinking, name what allowed it to exist: the sun, the soil, the hands. Feel the web.
