Feedback Loops

Feedback Loops

Definition

Cyclical flows of information or energy in a system where the output influences future inputs, either reinforcing (positive) or balancing (negative) the system.

Interpretation

The system listens to itself. Feedback loops are how nature self-corrects or spirals out. In design, they help us track consequences, adapt, and evolve with integrity.

Living Invitation

Notice a feedback loop in your day โ€” a behavior that escalates (like stress), or balances (like breath). Can you shift it gently?
