Cleansing

Cleansing

Definition

Verb

The process of making something clean, pure, or free from impurities.

Interpretation

Not a rejection, but a renewal. Cleansing as a ritual; a way of releasing what no longer serves, and preparing space for what wants to come through. Water cleanses, but so does truth.

Living Invitation

Take a ritual bath or foot soak with intention. As you pour the water, name what you’re ready to let go of.
