Desalination

Desalination

Definition

The process of removing salt and other minerals from seawater to make it suitable for drinking or irrigation.

Interpretation

A lesson in boundaries. Desalination teaches us that not all water is immediately drinkable, and not all transformation is without cost. It invites us to listen to local limits and work in harmony with place, not against it.

Living Invitation

Where in your life are you trying to force transformation? What would it mean to align with nature instead of overriding it?
