Fit-Test

Fit-Test

Definition

A design principle that checks whether an element fits the context, needs, and flows of the whole system.

Interpretation

Not everything belongs everywhere. A fit-test asks: Does this plant, building, or idea serve multiple functions? Does it align with the larger pattern? If not, redesign.

Living Invitation

Before adding anything new to your home/garden, ask: What does it need, what does it give, and does it belong here?
