Seed Bombs

Seed Bombs

Definition

Small balls of compost and clay mixed with seeds, used for guerrilla gardening in neglected or barren spaces.

Interpretation

Tiny grenades of green. Seed bombs are acts of ecological mischief β€” joyfully subversive and beautifully restorative. In permaculture, they’re playful tools of rewilding.

Living Invitation

Make a few seed bombs with local wildflowers or edible herbs. Toss them where hope might take root.
