Pollination

Pollination

Definition

The transfer of pollen that enables plants to reproduce โ€” often carried out by insects, birds, or wind.

Interpretation

The quiet miracle. Pollination is how sweetness is born โ€” through unseen labor. In permaculture, we plant for pollinators, because if they disappear, so does dinner.

Living Invitation

Plant one flower today that feeds bees or butterflies. Watch who visits.
