Definition
The state of being fully present in and connected to oneβs body.

Interpretation
To come home to the flesh. Embodiment is when thoughts donβt override feeling, when presence lives in posture, and when wisdom is felt, not forced. It's not perfection β itβs presence.

Living Invitation
Do one daily task (washing, walking, eating) with full attention in your body. Notice sensation. Notice self.
