Somatics

Definition

The study and practice of the body as a lived, felt experience rather than an object or idea.

Interpretation

The art of listening within. Somatics says: you are not a brain on legs โ€” you are a sensing, pulsing, responsive body-being. It is where wisdom lives not in thoughts, but in tissues.

Living Invitation

Notice a sensation in your body โ€” tension, warmth, flutter, tingling. Stay with it, without needing to fix it. Just feel.
